<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">-</span>          <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Sultanas</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">-</span>          <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Eggs (1 for 2 people)</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Put layers of bread into dish, buttered between with a layer of sultana also between and on top.<br />
Boil milk and add eggs and sugar. Mix well, pour over bread slices. Sprinkle with nutmeg.<br />
Cook at mark 5 for ½ hour.</span></span></p>
